Don't just take our word for it, see what our customers are saying...
Please take the time to thoroughly review our terms and conditions, as they form the basis of your contract with us and clearly outline what your selected cover includes, including any exclusions.
We endeavour to ensure clarity and simplicity in all our communications, so should you have any queries, do not hesitate to contact us.

You have a cooling off period, 14 days from the start of your contract, within which you can cancel your contract immediately without penalty.
If you cancel your cover during the cancellation period and have not made a claim, you will receive a full refund.
If we’ve carried out work for you before the cooling-off period ends and then you cancel your contract, you will have to pay the full cost of the repair and/or any fixed service, Welcome service or Landlord Gas Safety Inspection fees.
Once you take out a Domestic Appliance Guard plan, it starts immediately. However, there's a 30-day waiting period before you can make a claim. This is to prevent claims on existing issues and to help keep costs low. However, you don't have to wait 30 days for us to service your boiler.
You will have to pay your chosen excess for each claim you make. We’ll need this payment before your claim can be progressed.
We can only accept payment using the following cards: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, American Express or Maestro.
The welcome service is a boiler service that includes a physical check of your boiler and/or central heating system provided by Domestic Appliance Guard.
If you have not completed or have no proof of your boiler being serviced in the last 12 months, the welcome service must be booked or completed within the first 90 days of your plan start date or the date you change address.
Your plan is set up so that it will automatically renew every year. This is to make the process of renewing easier and ensure your home has continuous cover. We’ll send you a reminder around 4-6 weeks before your plan is due to renew. This will confirm the price of your plan for the next year and prompt you to check that it still meets your needs.
If you’d rather your cover didn’t automatically renew, you can contact us to switch off automatic renewal at any time afterwards.
If you decide you don’t want your cover to automatically renew, you’ll need to contact us each year to renew it yourself and organise payment.
After you pick one of our plans, we'll let you know when your boiler's due for a check. When it's time, we'll contact you to set up a date that works for you. Easy as that!
Certainly! If you choose to pay annually, you'll receive a 10% discount."
