Once you take out a Domestic Appliance Guard plan, it starts immediately. However, there's a 30-day waiting period before you can make a claim. This is to prevent claims on existing issues and to help keep costs low. However, you don't have to wait 30 days for us to service your boiler.

Big Problems (like a water leak): We aim to have someone there in 2-4 hours.
Regular Problems: If you call us before 9:00 am, we aim to sort it the same day. Otherwise, we aim to be there within 24 hours of your call.
If a vulnerability is established: We'll always aim to speed things up and be there in 2 hours.

Absolutely! Our boiler cover plans are designed for homeowners and landlords whose properties are heated using natural gas, Oil, or LPG. We proudly offer coverage for boilers regardless of their age and irrespective of the manufacturer.
Excess is the amount you’ll pay for each completed repair. When you purchase your cover, you can select your preferred excess amount. Our available excess options are £0, £60, or £95.
£0 excess: you won't have to pay any excess for a completed repair.
£60 excess: you'll be charged £60 for every completed repair.
£95 excess: you'll be charged £95 for every completed repair.
However, it's important to note that you do not need to pay an excess for an annual boiler service. If no repair is undertaken, you won't be charged any excess."
