Once you take out a Domestic Appliance Guard plan, it starts immediately. However, if you need to report a problem within the first 60 days, there's a £150 fee.
Don't worry, though - after 60 days, you won't have to pay this fee. For bigger items like American Style Fridge Freezers or TVs, if you report an issue within the first 90 days, the fee is £250. But just like before, this fee goes away after 90 days.

Please note, none of our plans cover pre-existing faults unless declared at the plan application, we may share and exchange information with other companies and fraud prevention agencies in order to keep the plan fees as low as possible for our customers and combat fraud
If repairing your appliance isn't cost-effective, we've got you covered with a replacement:
100% of the price if your appliance is less than 3 years old.
80% of the price if your appliance is less than 6 years old.
60% of the price if your appliance is less than 9 years old.
20% of the price if your appliance is over 9 years old.
